Publicis New York Enhances Its Marketing Division With Arrival of Group Commerce Director

Nancy Shamberg joins Publicis from Omnicom's TPN in Chicago

Publicis New York is expanding its commerce marketing capabilities with a new leadership hire.

Nancy Shamberg arrives at the agency as senior vice president, group commerce director, a newly-created role. She will report directly to Publicis New York CEO Carla Serrano and executive vice president, managing director Adam Hunt.

“We’re excited to have Nancy join us. Her deep experience in shopper marketing, commitment to data/technology, and exuberant drive toward innovative business solutions, are a key addition to our New York team,” Serrano said in a statement.

Shamberg joins Publicis from Omnicom’s TPN in Chicago, where she served as managing director, shopper marketing for over four years. She previously served as a group account director and vice president, account service for TPN, focusing on the agency’s Clorox and Safeway accounts in the latter role.

“I am thrilled to help represent the voice of the customer as Publicis New York builds integrated and synergistic campaigns,” Shamberg said in a statement. “I passionately believe that putting the customer, and their experience, in the center of all we do will result in more resonant marketing.”
