Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia Sells to Marquee Brands for More Than $200 Million

Martha Stewart’s family of brands—Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, which includes furniture, kitchenware and an assortment of other Martha Stewart-brand products—has been sold to Marquee Brands, the parent company of notable retail brands like BCBG Max Azria and its sister brand BCBGeneration.
