The mission of iCiANALYTICS is to help guide clients with actionable plans based on the data they’re receiving, as well as helping them collect data they never thought possible to access. This provides the brand the opportunity to deliver the right message to the right person at the tight time on platform or device.
The division will be led by Reid Bryant, former lead for analytics and data science at Brooks Bell. “iCiANALYTICS will present unique opportunities to meet the challenging needs of our clients and their customers,” said Bryant. “By adding a quantitative focus to our existing expertise, we will be well positioned to leverage the data-driven strategies necessary to create engaging and personalized customer experiences at scale.”
