Kia will return for its 10th consecutive year to advertise in Super Bowl LIII, Adweek confirms.

The national spot will be handled by Kia’s agency of record, David&Goliath, who has produced the automotive brand’s Super Bowl ads in past years. Kia is known for its humorous, celebrity-led ads: 2018’s spot starred Aerosmith rocker Steven Tyler, Melissa McCarthy led Kia’s 2017 spot, and Christopher Walken was the natural fit for Kia’s Walken Closet ad in the 2016 game.

The creative concept for this year’s ad is not yet known, and Kia did not offer any further details about the spot at this time.

Kia is the third automotive company to announce a Super Bowl spot: Mercedes-Benz and Hyundai will also be advertising in the Big Game.

The Super Bowl will air on CBS on Feb. 3, 2019.
