Davidson Marketing, Chicago, promoted Chris Rago to director of entertainment marketing. Debby Culbertson was promoted to account director on Microsoft. Rich McClellan joins the shop as creative director on Minute Maid and Keebler. Craig Taylor is an associate creative director in the new-business department. Mike Federighi joins as a copywriter on Kraft, Nabisco, Polaroid and Foreign Candy assignments. Flora Caputo is a senior art director on Kraft.
Philip Binczyk joined Brigandi & Associates in Chicago as account manager. He previously worked at Draft Worldwide.
Amy Engstrom was elected a vice president at DDB in Chicago. She is a management representative on Anheuser-Busch and Manco.
