Ann Farrar-Shields has been named marketing director at the Miami International Mall.
Kim Creaven was promoted to Southeastern advertising manager at the Miami sales office of American Way, an in-flight magazine of American Airlines.

Rountree Group has hired Greg Martin as senior account executive. Martin joins the Atlanta agency after working at newspapers in Georgia and Missouri.
Fountainhead/Pringle Dixon Pringle has promoted Suzette Kale from administrative assistant to account coordinator. The Atlanta agency also hired art director John Fires, director of production services Stephen Mitchell, account coordinator Allison Noznesky and administrative assistant Laura Hatfield.
Mark Perlotto has returned to Adair-Greene Healthcare Communications after a stint at Gerbig Snell/Weisheimer in Columbus, Ohio. As vice president and managing director, he will co-manage the daily operations of the Atlanta shop›s healthcare division.
Shelly Roberts has been named creative director at Char Baxter Communications in Atlanta. Roberts worked at Saatchi & Saatchi Worldwide in New York before starting her own company, SRO Worldwide Creative.

Creative Alliance in Louisville has promoted Tim Lucas and Marty Weihebrink to vice presidents and media group directors. Dena Livingston, previously senior account supervisor, has advanced to vice president and group director, working primarily on the Kentucky tourism account.

The Campbell Group has welcomed account executive Darrian Feszchur and account coordinator Nicola Cook. The Baltimore agency›s creative department has added the team of senior art director Chris Stark and senior copywriter Susan Olson.

Adam Slick has become a strategic planner at Incite Communications in Charlotte.
Jenifer Smith, who joined Sterrett Dymond Stewart Advertising as media planner in May, has progressed to media director at the Charlotte agency.

Henderson Advertising in Greenville has recruited Renata Parker to head its new public relations division. Parker has held numerous public relations positions with Atlanta advertising agencies, including Fitzgerald & Co. The shop has also designated Kim Herbert director of print production. Herbert also has an employment history with Atlanta agencies, having worked at BBDO, Austin Kelley and Cargill Wilson.
Deb Saine has joined the public relations team at Chernoff/Silver in Columbia as senior media relations specialist.
Jeanie McAdams has become a copywriter and publicist at The Bosworth Group in Charleston. McAdams will help create print and electronic advertising and public relations programs.
