…based on a direct communication with a Samsung executive at CTIA this week. The first Google Android-based Samsung smartphone will launch outside of the U.S. (Europe) in June. Sprint and T-Mobile customers will be able to see Samsung’s offering sometime after that.
Samsung is a remarkably platform-agnostic hardware providers. You can find Samsung phones running Windows Mobile and Symbian S60. They are also planning to release LiMo Linux based phones as well as the Google Android one discussed earlier.
