The Fairport Harbor, Ohio-native went to Otterbein College outside Columbus, Ohio and grew up the youngest of 12. Jansing recalled wanting to be “a grown-up” when she thought about her future as a child. “I’m the youngest of 12 children and I wanted to do everything they did, from driving a car to playing football.”
