Jesus, Adele, Angry Birds, McDonald’s, Disney, Jeremy Lin, more on this week’s top 20 growing Facebook pages

Two separate Jesus community pages made our list of the top pages growing by Likes this week. There were a handful of music pages, TV and movie pages, Disney and a few food pages, like Coca-Cola and McDonald’s.

Pages on our list this week grew from between 438,500 to 2.8 million Likes. We compile this list with our PageData tool, which tracks page growth across Facebook.

Jesus Christ and Jesus, were on the top of the list this week. Musicians were also popular especially, Adele who recently won several Grammy awards, and was second on the list, as well as the recently deceased Whitney Houston.

Facebook and Intel were popular, and the games’ pages of Angry Birds and Resident Evil 5 grew. Within the new Angry Birds Facebook game, there are prompts to Like the fan page.

McDonald’s continued the growth we’ve seen in recent weeks, promoting its recent new menu items on the page. The movie “Titanic” continues to grow, given its upcoming 3D release. The Turkish TV show “Muhteşem Yüzyıl” was popular, as well as Disney’s page. Disney has been publishing photos from its films. Finally, basketball superstar Jeremy Lin saw more growth on his page, which he has been updating with status updates.
