Like Tom Brady, you can also create your year in review on Facebook

You’ve probably seen many friends and celebrities — like New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady — posting a fun year in review feature.

Here’s how you can do it, too. Click on any of the images friends are posting, scroll all the way down, and you’ll be able to create your own. You can also go to to create your own presentation. Facebook will automatically generate a presentation based on your most popular posts, or you can replace Facebook’s suggestions with your own. The images you can choose are the ones you’re tagged in, or any picture in an album you’ve uploaded to Facebook.

Facebook outlined in a blog post the process if you’re a celebrity or public figure:

Similar to the year in review experience for people using profiles, these stories feature a collection of photos and headlines that public figures have shared to their Facebook Pages in 2014.

If you’re a public figure using Mentions, here’s how it works:

  • Starting today, you’ll see a notification to create your year in review story in Mentions.
  • Your story will be pre-filled with popular photos and headlines from your Page in 2014.
  • You can customize the photos and headlines. If you’d like to choose different photos, they can be selected from Facebook or uploaded directly from your phone.
  • Once you’re satisfied with your year in review, you can publish it to your Page.

Readers: What do you think of this feature?
