The Daily Caller reports that SKDKnickerbocker is representing Sandra Fluke, the Georgetown University law student who was at the receiving end of Rush Limbaugh’s outrageous statements a couple of weeks ago. The work is pro bono. The firm also worked on the red carpet for a D.C. screening of Game Change, the McCain/Palin HBO film.

The Atlantic City Alliance has hired Edelman to promote the seaside locale as a tourist destination. Advertising firm Euro RSCG is also working on the $30 million marketing campaign. [via]

Glory Foods, makers of Southern-style food sold at grocers around the U.S., has chosen The Brandon Agency as its AOR. The firm will work on PR, social media outreach, paid media campaigns, and other marketing efforts. [via]

Samsung Electronics is looking for a new PR firm, according to The Holmes Report. The $500,000 account will focus on the brand’s televisions, specifically pushing the message that they’re great for watching soccer matches.

Maven Communications has added four clients to its roster: Philly In Focus, a Comcast initiative to raise awareness and increase sharing of local Philadelphia interactive media; labor and employment law firm Fisher & Phillips LLP; enterprise mobile service provider Futura Mobility; and presentation services firm ProPoint Graphics.
