WindowsForDevices.com pointed out an interesting retro (blast from the past) Windows CE 5.0 based PDA (no phone and not using the Windows Mobile shell) from Toshiba available in Japan…

As you can see from the photo, it has ring holes to fit in a binder. This was a popular option for calculators and proto-PDA devices back in the early 1990s. It has a nice 480×800 pixel resolution display, a microSDHC slot that supports cards up to 16GB, 802.11b/g WiFi, NetFront browser with Flash Lite 3.1 support,
