POLITICO editor Susan Glasser today announced that TIME’s Michael Crowley will join the Rosslyn-based political outlet as a senior foreign affairs correspondent. Crowley currently serves as a chief foreign affairs writer for TIME. At POLITICO, he’ll focus on the Obama administration’s foreign policy and Washington’s reach internationally.
His hire also reunites him with POLITICO’s new executive editor Peter Canellos, who hired Crowley to the Boston Globe in the 90s.
Prior to joining TIME, Crowley wrote for The New Republic. He’s also written for New York magazine, GQ, and Slate.
