She will be based in New York and report to head of customers Matt Derella, overseeing global regional Twitter Client Solutions leaders, global brands and brand strategy, while Derella focuses on content partnerships, self-serve advertising, operations and Twitter services.
Prior to Refinery29, Personette served as vice president of global business marketing at Facebook, building and leading that social network’s global agency team. She also worked with ad agencies Universal McCann Worldwide, Mediavest (now Spark Foundry), Mediaedge:CIA (now part of Wavemaker) and Starcom Worldwide.
