The Arizona Cardinals, Oakland Raiders and Kansas City Chiefs continued to lead growth on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, respectively, in weeks four through six of the National Football League season.
Those results mirrored the findings for weeks one through three by Unmetric, which analyzed all of the NFL teams on the three social networks from Sept. 27 through Oct. 16 using its cross-channel reports. Its findings included:
- The Dallas Cowboys maintained the largest Facebook audience size, while the New England Patriots continued to lead Twitter and Instagram.
- The Chiefs were once again tops in Facebook engagement, while the Indianapolis Colts led Twitter and the Patriots topped Instagram again.
- The Houston Texans had the most posts on Facebook during weeks four through six of the league’s season, while the Green Bay Packers had the most tweets, just as in the first three weeks, and the Raiders were once again the busiest club on Instagram.
- The Packers had the most likes across all three social networks, while also leading Facebook and Twitter in comments. The Raiders had the most comments on Instagram, as the team did during the season’s first three weeks.
