Hipster fashion retailer Urban Outfitters is jumping into F-commerce big time!
An interactive campaign will enable Facebook fans to browse through Urban Outfitters’ fall catalog via a magazine on the retailer’s page.
Urban Outfitters is the first client to utilize the interactive service introduced by Enter: New Media, a digital media agency specializing in fashion, retail and entertainment.
With help from Enter: New Media, the retailer has garnered over 800,000 followers; they are now receiving news feed stories about Urban Outfitters’ top fashion picks.
As fans scroll over their chosen fashion item, a pop up appears showing details about the selection. Another click takes consumers to the retailer’s online store, with the item of their choice still in view, along with the prompt “add to cart.”
