Fast-casual chain Chipotle said it leveraged its social listening tools on Twitter and Instagram to compile a list of fun comments that describe its customers in a tongue-in-cheek way.
The result: Chipotle became the first fast-casual restaurant brand to debut a customized Instagram augmented reality filter.
