Google Is Bringing Free Retail Listings to Search
This move follows a similar change to the Shopping tab
Free listings will appear in a product's knowledge panel

In April 2020, Google announced that it would update the Google Shopping tab to consist of mostly free product listings. Now, free listings are coming to Google’s search results page as well.
