Kimberly-Clark has appointed Zena Srivatsa Arnold, the former global head of growth at Google, as its chief digital and marketing officer. The personal care company hopes this new position and hiring decision will drive the digitalization of its brands and businesses on a global scale. 

Emmy is an Adweek contributor who is completing her journalism degree at The College of New Jersey with minors in Spanish and broadcast journalism.
